I detest small print, so I don't use it, we make an agreement we are all happy with, we fulfil it and we remain great friends and contacts for the future.

We agree a way forward and a plan. 

We agree a monthly retainer or a remuneration package for the duration of the agreement . 

We work hard, deliver the project, make some money and build a business together
